The Onboarding Experience
Every new customer entered an automated onboarding series designed to introduce additional products and services over time. While I inherited the automation, I maintained it by updating graphics and content as needed to ensure emails remained aligned with current offerings and promotions.

Personal Finance eNewsletter
June/July 2026
Personal Finance eNewsletter
As part of SpiritBank's recurring customer communications, I wrote and managed the Personal Finance eNewsletter, sharing seasonal financial education, practical money tips, community updates, product highlights, and upcoming events with thousands of subscribers.
Measuring Performance
Every campaign was reviewed in ActiveCampaign to monitor engagement and overall campaign health. Tracking open rates, clicks, and subscriber activity helped evaluate performance while ensuring customer communications remained consistent throughout the year.
Beyond the Metrics
Email marketing isn't always the most visible part of a campaign, but it is often one of the most consistent. Whether introducing new customers to SpiritBank, sharing financial education, promoting upcoming events, or highlighting products and services, every email represented another opportunity to stay connected. Over time, I learned that strong customer communication isn't just about what you send. It's about delivering the right message at the right moment in a way that feels useful, relevant, and consistent.
